you might be able to pull it out entirely

It's definitely quite old but the bristles are in terrific shape (I am always amazed at how the straw on these old brushes holds up forever)

This would have been used for medicine, but makes for a handy traveling shot glass now, should one wish, say, to make a proper cocktail on a picnic or just in the hotel room. Of course still good for administering cough syrup too, or for cooking! 3 1 2" t x 2 1 4" in
