There's some wear to the yellow plastic cord (mostly a little darkening at spots where it crosses the wicker) but it still looks bright, and the wicker is in perfect shape. Plus, it has a matching yellow cap! C. 1960s 70s, I'd guess. 5 3 8" tall x 2 3 4" wide x 1 3 8" deep.
