Their Vine In Flames range was created exclusively for the international market and focuses on highly characterful varietal wines. This Pinot Noir uses grapes that are de stemmed, but not crushed before 3 days of cold soaking and fermentation for 8 to 10 days. This retains very fruity characteristics for an easily quaffable Pinot Noir.
