45 of the original 46 cards are here (the Yellow Triangle 3 card is missing) but if wanting to play one could just make a dummy by copying the Purple Triangle and coloring it yellow:) The game is akin traditional solitaire

and a little searching confirms they're pretty rare (And the colorful little carved balls inside of this one remind me of one of my other favorite things

The relative simplicity of the silhouettes makes me think that it might have been done by a schoolgirl or the young woman herself rather than a silhouette artist
