Built in 1979 during the Maxwell period. The rod weighs 4 ounces on my scale. Medium to faster action for a #5. Very light use with just a hint of brassing to the interior of the guides and a little edgewear to the cap and ring oxidation (which is about 98% intact). There are no casting cracks to the ferrule wraps or edgewear to the ferrules. Blonde
