Two Trails of Smoke (for Bernice), Charming c 1920s Ink Drawing of Smoking Woman on Pedestal runner Looks more industrial than edibleThis drawing is one of two ink over graphite drawings, clearly by the same person, listed today, which I like for their curiousness, and for the women who are their subjects, who look quite self possessed, this one perched on what looks like the remnant of a classical column, smoking away, as if sitting back and watching the fall of Rome! 6 1 2" x 4 7 8", good condition, c. 1920s I believe.
