The rod is in excellent original condition with one minor exception. The ferrule on the butt section has been rewrapped but done very professionally. The varnish shows some use marks and aging, but nothing of concern. All sections are full length and straight. Bronze wraps with full intermediates. Rust tipping at the winding check and ferrules.
