This is a very slow spell - you don't want to be playing Stock Up on turn three when facing aggro - but later in the game it gives you really good access to the cards in your deck, making it perfect for controlling, spells-heavy decks

You cannot choose to set multiple tokens in front of one opponent

If this format is super fast, playing this on turn three could end up being a pretty big liability, and the late game value wont matter, but if this is a typical format, I can see this being a pretty nice card in just about any deck This costs a fair bit of life, but drawing cards is always really nice in Limited, as signifcantly outcarding your opponent usually leads to victory
