This works specifically, whenever you cast instants or spells on a creature you control, allowing you to exile the card after resolving it, instead of putting it in your graveyard to then be put back into your hand on the next end step

Whenever this creature mutates, you exile cards from the top of your library until you hit a nonland permanent card, putting that card directly into play or in your hand

This is also good for later in the game when you likely have more mana than cards to spend it on if youre running a lot of cheap spells

Because lots of casual players will want this card due to its uniqueness, I think $5 is a completely reasonable price to pay
