Granted, it's an expensive card, and even though its prepared ability is powerful, the card itself is quite difficult to get into play

It's just a shame that this card is coming out in this set and not in either of the last two sets

Thanks to Wizards for giving it to us to show off

It is 14 uncounterable damage with just one Blood Artist effect in play which means tapping out as a control deck, even with Force of Will up, is risky business

While I can't control how Wizards reprints cards or control the over-the-top demands of the counterfeit community, I can appeal to the large majority of the Magic community that's filled with reasonable people who love the game of Magic to do what they can to help lessen the impact of the problem
