This isn't driving to be a world-beater of a deck - just a fun Rakdos casual build I can pull out every now and then to see how it does and to think about how I want to tweak it going forward

Both Saruman and Anhelo, the Painter can be excellent spell-focused commanders for this combined deck

Or it could be referring to Elementals or Clerics or something

Making a card free to cast on a later turn makes it easier to cast a flurry of spells in one turn
