The deck isnt great (what do you expect from a Starter Deck), but its a great platform

Evosoda is workable because it doesn't use up your Supporter slot for the turn, but it is vulnerable to item-lock, and most decks run enough Ultra Balls or Level Balls that they can generally get the job done that way (and Ultra Ball is actually preferable in a lot of decks so you can draw more cards with Shaymin-EX), so it's not great
