He fits really nicely into my folk lands deck I wrote about, being a wonderful support spell
Other Illusions like Iago, Giant Spectral Parrot and Rajah, Ghostly Tiger may fight their way into Amethyst/Steel decks as well, along with the other new Illusions coming in Reign of Jafar
That is a huge, and simply awesome, way to completely twist the game's core rules
If you can get this down on turn one, it can definnitely help you ramp your mana -- but if you get it any later than that, it's pretty irrelevant
