A lot of artifact shenanigans happened and they ended up at 4 life due to Bolas's Citadel, nearly wiped the board with Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and killed Muldrotha with an artifact creature with Cranial Plating and Lightning Greaves
In a deck where you have most or all of your creatures count as artifacts then this could count as a White Plague Wind, although worse since you could play against another dedicated artifact list
Sadly, the Offspring mechanic doesnt appear to help here, since those enter play, and arent cast
I personally think that this is a bit of a failure in terms of flavor because it can be equipped to any creature when it should only fit humanoids, but it's still going to be a popular card for fans and collectors regardless
