Fetch lands come to mind, but decks playing enough fetches to also have this get animated often enough are either the land decks I just mentioned or a much higher power level deck than this card is going to be played in

This is, of course, balanced out by the fact that these are exhaust abilities, meaning each can only be activated once unless the player can bounce Loot off the battlefield and recast him
