80’s Bright Blue and Red Quilted Jacket and Flared Skirt by Lilli Anne fringed cape With weaved string detailing throughVintage quilted jacket and matching flared skirt from Lilli Ann is set apart with its stunning jewel tone colors. The cropped jacket has designer features like channel quilted neckline, placket, hemline and decorative pocket flaps all of which are outlined in green piping. It also has shoulder pads. The skirt is gored in such a way that makes it quite full at the bottom without a lot of gathers at the waistband. No fabric labels are present, so at
