FEATURES: Remnant of tag in hem but maker unknown. Geometric checks stripes on white background with pastel blue stripes. Such a well made garment with stripes made into pleat, and stripes line with hem of sleeves. Fitted bodice. Strings for belt are black so originally had black belt that isn't present.
