Please look at the attractive covered buttons, 7 in slits under the faux pockets with 2 covered buttons, 14 in long slit in skirt back. The label says size 16. Pit to pit 23 inches, modern size 18, the length from back neck Edge to bottom 29 in. Skirt has a waist band that is elastized. RN#98487. Very good condition.
