The quilt is made up of two blocks - The "Personal Library" block (12" square) and the "Best Seller" block (8 1/2" x 12")

Just be aware that looser weave fabrics such as gauze and linen will result in a slightly looser fitting blouse

and the sleeve/cuffs are interchangeable
