Zips up the front to a mock neck closure with hook and eye. The front is then draped with a front cover that buttons by fabric covered buttons to right shoulder. The pattern is all the way around the dress, beads and all. Beautiful vintage condition. Beading is in very good repair, found one crystal sequin missing (see photo),
