Hand picked at the end of September, pre selection in the vineyard, final sorting in the winery, gentle processing, spontaneous fermentation in tanks and in open containers, aged for 14 months in small oak barrels. Delicate mineral nose with fine herbal spice, underlying dark berry confit, subtle wood spice. Juicy, good complexity, ripe sweet heart cherries, fine acidity,
