Double Freshly Frozen Brewery_Evil Twin A blend of 24-28 monthWe'd be lying if we said this beer came from the frozen lands of North Dakota when, in fact, it comes straight from our tanks in Lachute. This beer uses a very special process from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops: Cryo Fresh, which involves cryogenically frozen fresh hop pellets (it sounds complicated, but it's really not). For this beer, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which were frozen before being
