S. purpurea ssp. heterophylla butterwort VFT 'Mammoth' is a newSarracenia purpurea ssp. purpurea f. heterophylla has a growth pattern like other Sarracenia purpurea plants although this one lacks red pigment so the leaves and flowers are a green neon green yellow color. The pitchers tend to be longer than most other S. purpurea plants that I grow. It definitely POPS among other Sarracenia that tend to have red or at least a dark green color to them. This plant is sold bare root.
