The garland designs are hand painted with blue oxide pigment stain then glazed with a transparent glaze to allow the natural ivory clay to show through. The size makes it ideal for canaps, starters, lunches and desserts. I love to use mine as cheese plates. These dishes are made by hand, in small batches, by me at my studio in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. side plate approx size
