Full length smooth brass reel foot that has never been altered. The diameter of all Special Perfects is 3 1 4". The handle is slightly bent and a small hairline crack exists on the backside of the winding plate. Priced accordingly. A nice user reel, very fishable, for a fraction of the price of a usual Hardy Special Perfect. There have been no repairs to this reel.
